Shipping Policy All orders shipped directly via our own Trucks to Market, Store and shop in southern California, via your carrier or UPS, USPS in other states. Orders placed it anytime anywhere-Monday through Sunday, ship within 48 hours. Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
Order Tracking If shipped via UPS/USPS/FEDEX, all orders are shipped with either a UPS, USPS or FEDEX tracking number. Please consult your order shipped email confirmation for this number and tracking information.
Merchandise Return Policy All of products may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange.
Return Merchandise Authorization Number All returned products require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). To receive an RMA#, Please carefully read over the information that follows and then fill out our online return form. After submitting the online return form you will be sent an email with 1day that will include your RMA# and product return directions or call your salesperson to get a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Shipping Charges Shipping charges are nonrefundable if shipped via your carrier or UPS/USPS/FEDEX, except in the event of a packing error.
